Good news!!! The sixth edition 2011 of Jeanne D'Arc Living is now on it's way from Denmark. I have an ever growing list of names on my subscription list so you may like to reserve a copy now! Numbers are limited.

It is such an incredibly beautiful magazine and I have heard many gasps of delight as my customers flick through its pages.

Travel Charms

Hot off the press, or at least the soldering iron, I have created a selection of "travel charms".The inspiration was from an old leather suitcase that one of my lovely customers, Jo, gave to me. There is something very vintage about it and so I have designed a range of charms with some very "vintage" colours. It was with great excitement that I opened the shop today as I had some new stock to display.

These very wonderful brass cuffs come all the way from the UK and are overlaid with quotes out of

 popular poems, plays and books such as Jane Austen's "Pride and Prejudice" , Edgar Allen Poe's "No More the Raven", Shakespeare, Sherlock Holmes and Shelley. 

 They are truly lovely pieces and are available in store now for $48 each.

I am also happy to announce that I now have 14 varieties of the very natural, hand rolled ball soap from EST Australia- complete with new custom made benches. Made from ingredients such as olive oil, goat's milk, french red clay and natural essential oils, they are so gentle on all skin types and many customers are converts since using it. Fragrances include combinations of cinnamon, geranium, lemongrass, lime, ylang ylang, lavender, chamomile, rosemary, cedar wood and fir bay.

The Arrival of French & Sparrow

I am so pleased to say that I now have French & Sparrow clay tags in the shop.

They have a lovely natural-feel, textured finish with various images and words- so lovely!

At $3.50 each they add a special touch to a gift or they can be hung anywhere around the home- on a cloche,

a book, a door knob, around a vase...

You must come in and see them to fully appreciate their beauty. I have had them in the shop for three days now and they are already selling like hot cakes....thank you Kerry!

Jeanne d'Arc Living in store now!

 The 5th Edition 2011 arrived last week and is available to buy for $18 in store or $28 posted to any location in Australia.

In my opinion, it is one of the prettiest editions so far with a dash more colour than past copies. But colours in the utmost delicate, vintage shades- just lovely!

I also have these new Jeanne d'Arc pillow covers with the sweetest of little girls printed on the beautiful white linen. They go so nicely with the white French document pillows. They are available for $45 without an insert or $60 with one. The insert is a very good quality feather pillow.

 Well, instead of procrastinating as to what photos to include and what to write,

I thought that I should at least do SOMETHING.

I am very excited to have these zinc containers available in store now. Very French / European.

Lovely to put soap, flowers, pencils or paintbrushes in.

I still have an array of typewriter keys. Priced at a nice $22 a key, you can select a chain or leather choker to put them on for a little extra.

There is also a range of the very beautiful handmade EST products including soaps, bath oil, body butter and balms. All natural and SO gentle on all skin types.
