Jeanne d'Arc Living....the start of the New Year

Well Christmas has come and gone and the new year has begun....in fact, we are already at day 12 of the New Year! 

I have had such a wonderful time in the shop this holiday season meeting so many lovely people and enjoying the company of my regular ladies who have become my friends- the best side to running a shop.

As usual, at this time of year, charms are in short supply in the shop but if you would like to order anything in particular then just let me know.

Good news for all the avid followers of the Jeanne d'Arc Living magazine...

the very first edition for 2011 is now in stock. If you subscribe, I will start posting out over the next few days. 

Just a taste of what is in this one. 

For the ladies that have contacted me about French Atmospheres in the Nordic Way , they are on their way from Denmark. I will have 8 copies left and they will be $75 plus postage.

JDL Christmas Edition

The Christmas edition of Jeanne d'Arc Living is now in and all have been spoken for so if you are on the list of regulars, they are ready for collection in store. Everyone who has them posted will receive them this coming week- just in time for December. Some Christmas inpsiration!

Update on Timeless Shabby

Well I promised everyone that I would let you know when Timeless Shabby was in and I'm afraid as soon as the books were in, they were sold ! I'll let you know when there are more in.

Good news this coming week- more wax seal charms will be arriving. As always, numbers of each letter are limited and they tend to be snapped up very fast so if you would like one please be quick!

The typewriter key charms are also on their way and should be here in the next couple of weeks.

New Book..."Timeless Shabby"

Order a copy of "Timeless Shabby"  -  $50 plus postage or you may collect it in-store. I will let everyone know when they arrive. Please note that it is in German but it is packed full of beautiful photos and it even has craft ideas in the back with step by step photos that are easy enough to follow.

Jeanne d'Arc has arrived!

Just a quick note to let everyone know that the Jeanne d'Arc Living shipment has arrived. For everyone that has the magazine sent out, you should expect to see them in your mail box in the coming week. 

Jeanne d'Arc Living- Edition 7 2011

It is that time again...well almost... and the next edition of Jeanne d' Arc Living will soon be in. Please let me know if you would like one as at this stage I only have a few left each time. They are selling so well that I may have to look at getting yet another box full. Well...they are just SO beautiful!

I also have a very lovely Christmas book from Jeanne d'Arc Living on the way. "Christmas- in the French Inspired Home". It has been reprinted in magazine format ( but without any advertising) . Please let me know if you would like me to save you one.

It's so nice to have some fresh ideas for a beautiful family Christmas. 

And, for any one who just can't get enough of the very natural Nordic style, I have some very exciting news!

A new book is due to be released in October! "Amazing Retreats- Under Nordic Skies" looks to be a must have. Here's a little of what will be in it-

Now, something that I am very excited about....for any one who has seen the very ethereal, white angel wings that feature in so many Nordic homes in the Jeanne d'Arc Living magazine....I have four pairs on their way to the shop. They will be $65 and if you require postage, I can give you a quote and we can go from there.

String Cloches

 AT LAST I have a new shipment of string cloches in the store. They look so lovely over any ball of string. The string shown here is a linen string from O-Check...they always have nice quality items!

If you are looking for the travel charms in the store, they can be found in the old suitcase along with an assortment of old silver-plated cutlery and some antique mother of pearl buttons.
